About Us
The first Latino family owned and operated liquor store in East Boston,
established 1994...It all began in the early 80's...as a collection of
little "nip" bottles we had on a shelf at home and a wild dream. The dream
became a reality after years of much hard work and the day least expected.
By chance and in a time of need, we met Mr. Daniels, the previous owner, who
needed to retire. However, he did not just want to sell his store.
He wanted to give the opportunity to another responsible hard working family
, to run a business for their own. Thankfully for us, he thought we were
the right family. We became the third family to own it and Seville Liquors,
as it was called for at least 50 years, became Castillo Liquors. As we
approach, almost 15 years of being part of the community in East Boston, we
are very thankful for your business and continued support!
